The oil-water mixture is then sent to the oil-water separator, where the oil and water are separated into layers. The upper gasoline is recovered, and the lower water is pumped to the cooling tower for cooling. After cooling, the gas gasoline in the distillation tower is further cooled; The latex in the distillation tower kettle is sent to the latex mixing tank under its own pressure for stirring and mixing, and then separated into glove raw latex by a centrifuge. After color matching and filtration, it is ready for use.

The glove model is first cleaned with acid and alkali and washed with water. The cleaned model is first immersed in hot water and heated until it is immersed in a coagulant and dried for dipping. After impregnation, it is sent to the oven for preliminary drying, fiber inner sleeve is added, hot water is flushed, and then sent to the oven for vulcanization and drying to form. After demolding, the gloves undergo inflation inspection, low-temperature shaping, medium temperature drying, water washing, dehydration, and drying before being packaged and sent to the finished product warehouse.
